The Association was formed to protect the interests of the residents of the North Beverly Drive - Franklin Canyon Drive area of Beverly Hills.  We are a voluntary organization supported by the dues of the homeowners, which are currently $50 a year.  Please click here for membership information.

We attempt to keep an eye on development to maintain the charm of the canyon and the environment that surrounds it.  We have worked with the City, County and the Conservancy to install a gate at the southern entrance into Franklin Canyon Park, to install speed humps and stop signs along North Beverly Drive and to have North Beverly Drive repaved by the City.
