Fall 2005 News
The annexation drive,
in regard to what we control, is now in a critical phase. We
have done as much of the ground work as possible and now it is up
to you. We need to raise $150,000 to fund the projected
upfront costs of annexation and it is up to each homeowner to
contribute their fair share.
New

please download
the Membership Dues Form. Membership dues pay for expenses such as the annual
meeting, newsletters, legal costs not related to annexation issues,
insurance, this website.
Renewing
Members - It is time to renew your
homeowners dues for 2005. The dues are still only
$50 and we are looking to set an all-time record for the number of
annual members.
If you have any
questions, please email me.
I ask that you include your home address and home phone in the
email message. The HOA respects your right to privacy
and the information you submit will only be used for events or
issues that are directly related to NBFCHOA business.
Additionally, email messages and updates are sent out as "blind
copies" so that no one is able to capture your email address.
I can be reached by phone but it is much easier for me to manage
Homeowner related business via email. If you do prefer to
speak to me, please email me your phone number and the best time to
reach you.
Respectfully,
Rich Harris
President
